Prices
We ensure that our pricing structure is as simple and flexible as possible to meet your needs.
Initial consultation is free to establish the needs of the client.
Services are charged at an hourly rate
Direct Costs will be charged at cost i.e. postage, telephone calls, car parking, payment for items/services purchased on your behalf etc.
Mileage is charged at 40p per mile.
Travelling time and expenses will be charged within agreed parameters.
Larger jobs will require a deposit payment.
All work carried out is payable on a 7 day invoice by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Standing Orders may be set up for regular payment of time and tasks.
Office Hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
An Out of Hours service is available which may be charged at double time.
Bank holidays are charged at double time with Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day charged at treble time.

Organised For Life are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
